Immunizations

Immunizations are required by law for school entry. If you have questions regarding this please contact our health office at 909-985-2619.

 

Required Immunizations for School Entry

6th grade families please make sure your 6th grade student has their TDAP immunization prior to the end of sixth grade. Without the TDAP immunization they will not be able to enroll entirely in 7th grade. Please bring a copy of the TDAP immunization to the health office prior to the last day of school at Cabrillo.
